AIeTS (Artificial Intelligence enabled Tracking System) Terms of Use
This Employee Attendance System AIeTS(Artificial Intelligence enabled Tracking System), incorporating Facial Recognition and Geo-Location technologies, has been developed and designed by Settlemint India Services Pvt Ltd(hereinafter referred to as Settlemint India), on behalf of the National Health Mission (NHM),India. "Settlemint India'' refers to the exclusive owner of this mobile application. The purpose of the system is to streamline and enhance attendance tracking for employees working in hospitals under the NHM program. Users engaging with this system are bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
User Agreement
By registering and utilizing the AIeTS (Artificial Intelligence enabled Tracking System), referred to as the "Service'' in this document, you, the user, acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use presented herein, including any referenced policies. Your ongoing use of the service implies your acceptance of any revisions made by Settlemint India, which will be posted on the official app. It is strongly recommended to review the Terms of Use regularly to stay informed of any updates.
Account and Registration Obligation
Upon creating an account within the AIeTS app, users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including login information and any associated details. Information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Settlemint India retains the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance or security concerns. Should there be suspicion of unauthorized access to your account or any security breaches, users are obligated to notify Settlemint India immediately. Settlemint India may, in such instances, request a password change or suspend accounts without prior notice.
Platform for Transaction
The AIeTS (Artificial Intelligence enabled Tracking System) serves as a secure platform for marking employee attendance using advanced Facial Recognition and Geo-Location technologies. Settlemint India ensures that it does not acquire or retain any personal information beyond what is necessary for attendance tracking, maintaining strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable privacy laws and program guidelines.
Refund Policy
All services provided through the AIeTS system are integral to the program and are not subject to refund or exchange.
Cancellation Policy
Settlemint India retains the authority to manage user subscriptions as necessary, in accordance with program guidelines.
Content
The term "Content" in this context pertains to information related to employee attendance transactions within the AIeTS system. Settlemint India emphasizes that it does not exercise control over the data but requires users to grant permission for its use solely for the purpose of attendance tracking.
Privacy
The protection of user privacy is a fundamental principle upheld by Settlemint India. Personal information, including facial recognition data and geo-location information, is treated as a valuable asset and is stored and processed securely. Settlemint India may only disclose personal information as required by law or program guidelines.
Disclaimer and Warranty Information
Settlemint India provides the AIeTS service on an as-is basis. Users engage with the service at their own risk. Settlemint India does not provide warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or arising from course of dealing or performance. Any attempts by Settlemint India to modify the service, whether to enhance features or address issues, will not be deemed a waiver of the limitation of liability outlined in these Terms of Use. The inherent complexities of healthcare operations may require periodic adjustments, and Settlemint India retains the right to make such modifications without assuming additional warranty obligations.
Trademark, Copyright, and Restriction
All material on the AIeTS app, including images, illustrations, and technological components such as Facial Recognition and Geo-Location features, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying or reproduction of any components of the system is strictly prohibited by law.
Termination
These Terms of Use are applicable upon accessing the AIeTS system and remain effective until terminated by the user or Settlemint India. Certain provisions, including those related to copyrights, trademarks, indemnification, and limitation of liability, will survive termination.
